Senior delivery leader with 25+ years steering complex telecom and SaaS programmes from kickoff to scale. I have led distributed organisations of 120+ engineers, product managers and partners across India, the US and Middle East — consistently delivering against tight commercial milestones.

My focus is building delivery organisations that are predictable, accountable and outcome-oriented. I work at the intersection of business strategy and engineering execution: translating ambiguous goals into concrete roadmaps, governance structures and operating cadences that scale.
